Medicare Part C is Medicare Advantage:

• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Plan

• HMO Point-of-Service plan

• Medical Savings Plan (MSA)

• Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan

• Private Fee-for-Service (PFFS) Plan

• Special Needs Plan (SNP)
